Chocholate delight workshop in the land of chocolate

Just in time for Easter, the five-star superior Les Trois Rois hotel in Basel, a crown jewel in the collection of top Swiss Deluxe hotels, is offering ‘Melting Moments with Chocolate’, an exclusive Easter chocolate making course with the hotel’s head patissier.
 

On Sunday 16th March, chocolatiers-to-be will learn all about how to temper chocolate, shell moulding, making delicious fillings to hand rolling truffles and beyond. Each participant will also produce a selection of chocolate eggs and will have their own Easter basket with tempting creations to take home to wow their friends and family. The course costs CHF190 / (approximately £88) and includes a dedelicious Sunday brunch in the hotel’s

  

highly-awarded French Brasserie.
